Puan Aisha is 82 years old.
She's the latest volunteer with us and joined us for the last 2 days. And she does such a wonderful job. From packing and even QC of our corn before they're sent for retort.
You know, it's people like her that truly gives us inspiration to continue this work. Sometimes we see too many negative thoughts. Too many people saying there is nothing they can do. Too many people finding fault with others. Too many excuses.
Too few people... just getting down and doing what needs to be done.
And yet, here we have someone who makes the effort. One of the few. Without fanfare. Without the need to make things complicated. Without excuses.
She was part of the team that packed close to 400 Meals and 200 corns to be sent to 🇵🇸 the last 2 days. She's actually had a literal hand in helping the people there who are starving. And she's 82 years old. She doesn't need to go on social media on this or need to get viraled to get it done.
She just does it.
